Subject-verb Concord is an important aspect of English grammar. It refers to the agreement between the subject and the verb in a sentence. Simply put, the verb used should align with the subject in terms of number, person and tense. This means that if the subject of a sentence is singular, then the verb used should also be in the singular form. Similarly, if the subject is plural, then the verb should be in the plural form. The same applies to the tense of the sentence.

Failure to observe Subject-verb Concord can lead to grammatical errors that can affect the meaning of a sentence and also make it difficult for the reader or listener to understand the intended message. Therefore, it is important to pay close attention to subject-verb agreement when constructing sentences to improve writing and communication skills.
